Position: Remote Travel Agent Specialist

Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Travel Agent Specialist to join our team. As a Travel Agent Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel planning and booking services to our clients, ensuring that their travel experience is both enjoyable and memorable. You will work closely with clients to create customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

Requirements:
 

• Must have at least a high school diploma
• Must be 18 years and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Have access to a computer, wifi, and smart phone
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and destination
• Passion for travel and exploring new cultures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

• Provide personalized travel recommendations and suggestions to clients based on their preferences and budget.

• Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and travel itineraries
  Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends, regulations, and destination information

• Collaborate with other travel industry professionals to ensure the best possible travel experience for clients.
• Work with vendors Expedia, Disney, Sandals, Royal Caribbean, Carnival, and many more.
