Position: Vacation Specialist (Remote)

Job Summary:
Our company is seeking enthusiastic Vacation Specialists to join our team. As a Vacation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional vacation planning and booking services to our clients. You will work with top travel vendors like Disney, Sandals, Expedia, Royal Caribbean, Carnival Cruise line, Universal Studios, and more to create customized vacation packages for our clients.

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work within the United States
• Must be at least 18 years old
• No experience necessary, certified travel agent training provided
• Must have access to a computer, wifi, or smartphone
• Passion for travel and exploring new destinations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning and booking customized vacation packages
• Work with top travel vendors to provide the best possible vacation experience for clients
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing exceptional customer service
• Process vacation reservations and payments using online booking tools
• Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and vacation itineraries
• Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends and destination information
• Collaborate with other travel industry professionals to ensure the best possible vacation experience for clients
