As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes while providing excellent customer service. Enjoy the freedom of an independent role, where you’re in control of your schedule and your success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and modifications via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot travel-related concerns, including flight delays, hotel accommodations, and itinerary adjustments.
  • Provide expert travel recommendations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify trends to improve support processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain and update an internal knowledge base.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • No experience necessary; however, 1+ years of front-line customer support or travel-related experience is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Passion for travel and familiarity with booking platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently from anywhere
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if desired.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with customer support tools.
