Primary Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and specific needs.

• Booking & Coordination: Assist clients with vacation bookings, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions.

• Problem Solving: Address and resolve travel-related concerns, changes, or unforeseen issues with professionalism and care.

• Personalized Recommendations: Offer informed suggestions on destinations, packages, and experiences tailored to each client.

• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of bookings, communications, and client information.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to enhance service quality and streamline booking processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote, fast-paced environment.

• High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• Previous experience in travel services, hospitality, or customer support is preferred but not required.

• Comfortable working independently in a commission-based role.
